How we work with you
We are straightforward
Criminal cases can get complicated and frustrating for the person at the heart of them.
You can trust us to help simplify the process for you. We are friendly, informal, and approachable. We are on your side. We will listen to want you to want and try our very best to achieve it for you. We will be honest with you. We won’t leave you bogged down in jargon and legal language: we cut through to what matters.
We know what we are doing
We specialise only in Crime and Motoring cases, rather than trying to cover the whole range of legal problems. This is because we like what we do, and we are good at it. We do not try to spread ourselves thin: we focus on one thing. This has allowed us to build up a huge wealth of practical and legal experience in crime and motoring cases. Our lawyers talk about criminal law, we think about criminal law, and we defend criminal clients every day of the week, and on weekends too. We know the Courts, and the courts know us and respect us.
We get good results
We cannot guarantee a not guilty verdict, nobody can. But if you tell us you are innocent we will try our very best to achieve one. Even if you are guilty we will do our best to get the best possible outcome for you, by putting forward your side of the story and presenting your mitigation. The courts listen to what we have to say. We have a very good record of getting that not guilty verdict, or of avoiding that prison sentence, or of keeping your driving licence. At the police station, our advice can mean the case is dropped or results in just a caution.
